Scope of this notice

This notice describes the current pikah3.com service. The website provides informational pages, a prompt drafting interface, a credit estimator, and Clerk authentication. Account features use your profile, video requests, credit history, and payment records to provide the service. Payments are handled through the checkout shown when you select an available pack. Contact support@pikah3.com with questions about how your information is handled.

Prompt drafts on your device

The studio stores the current prompt and selected settings in your browser’s session storage when storage is available. This supports returning to the draft in the same tab. It is not a permanent project library. Closing the tab or clearing browser data may remove the draft.

Submitting Generate video sends your prompt and selected settings to the service for processing. Drafting or changing settings alone does not submit a task. Task IDs are retained in same-tab session storage to resume status checks. Choosing a prompt example may place its text in a URL while navigating to the studio; the studio removes that query after reading it. Avoid putting confidential information into prompts or URLs. Browser history and locally installed extensions may retain information independently of this website.

Account information

When you use sign-in, Clerk processes authentication information through the site’s configured authentication service. Depending on the method you choose, that can include an email address, account profile information, and session-related data. The account menu displays information supplied by Clerk. Signing in also establishes your Pika H3 account session so the website can display your balance and account records.

Review Clerk’s privacy notice and the notice of any identity provider you choose. Only provide the information needed to use your account. Authentication providers manage their own session storage and cookies.

Technical requests and outside resources

Loading the site sends ordinary web requests to its host. This build also loads authentication resources from Clerk and font resources from Google Fonts. Those services receive the request information needed to deliver their resources, such as network and browser details. Their practices are governed by their respective notices.

This website loads CNZZ analytics to understand visits and page usage. Loading the analytics script sends requests to CNZZ, which may receive IP address, browser and device information, page URL, and referrer information, and may use cookies or similar identifiers. Browser privacy settings or content blockers can restrict these requests. Do not include private information in page URLs or prompts. Anyway provides the external checkout; review its notices before submitting payment details.

Retention and your choices

You can clear local site data through your browser. That action removes locally retained drafts but does not necessarily delete an account maintained by an authentication provider. Contact support for help identifying the relevant account process. Do not assume that clearing a prompt deletes authentication records.

Retention depends on the data and service involved. Contact support for information about account data, access, or deletion requests. The account page provides a service-account closure request; signing out or clearing local drafts alone does not close that account. This notice does not specify a fixed retention schedule or guaranteed deletion deadline. You can browse the public information without completing sign-in.
