How do I buy a credit pack?
When active packs appear above, sign in and choose Buy credits to open checkout. If the list is empty, purchasing is unavailable. Signing in does not charge you.
Do free welcome credits expire?
The 15 free welcome credits do not expire. Unused welcome credits remain available in your account until used. For purchased packs, review the terms of the offer at checkout.
Is there a free video allowance?
New users receive 15 free welcome credits when they first sign in. These credits do not expire. This is a one-time credit allowance, not unlimited free generation or a reward for every login. Check your account balance and the estimate before submitting; credits used depend on your settings.
What happens if generation fails?
The Pika H3 generator displays the task status. If a generation task fails, the credits deducted for that task are returned to the same account. Check your credit history for the return. A pending task or interrupted status check is not a confirmed failure; submissions are not automatically repeated.
